Claris Thomas Care was established in 2017 as an agency that provides staff to local providers of care who support adults in their own homes in the London area. We provide staff who cover live in care, end of life care, and respite care in the care industry and to people in supported living accommodation.

The company’s aim is to meet all recognised standards and remain up-to- date with best practice, while maintaining an approach that allows clients to feel appreciated and respected. Claris Thomas Care is dedicated to ensuring clients receive the highest level of care available and are fully committed to the ‘duty of care’ in order to help safeguard vulnerable adults and ensure their ever changing needs are identified and met. We always take into account each service user’s individuality, cultural background and values and hold in high esteem a person centred way of providing services.

To this end, we place prime importance on employing staff that are fit for the job, have appropriate qualifications, skills and experience to ensure the health and welfare needs of service users are met.

Staff members are required to have a full interview, a satisfactory DBS check and may only commence employment when this has been received, together with satisfactory references. Moreover, they are encouraged and supported to gain qualifications to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or the QCF (Qualifications and Credit Framework) Level 2 Diploma within 12 months of employment in addition to attending the mandatory and specialised training courses.
